We are a friendly audiology company established to fill the growing need for private audiologists in the North London area. Though we are based in Edgware, Barnet, our clients come from as far as Hackney to seek our services. HCPC-registered Senior Clinical Scientist
Audiologist Ltd was set up by Joseph Schneck BSc (hons.) MSc RHAD, an HCPC-registered Senior Clinical Scientist at one of London's leading paediatric NHS hospitals, who has advised thousands of patients with their hearing needs. Joseph graduated his audiology MSc from University College London with distinction, and many patients have experienced first-hand his passion for all matters audiology.
As a researcher at UCL he investigated hearing genetics in Drosophila – a model organism, so that ultimately mammalian hearing systems are better understood. In his clinical work, his commitment to evidence-based-practice has meant that best-practice informed by peer reviewed data brings real improvements to our clients, for example with the introduction of fast acting ear wax dispersal in our micro-suction ear wax removal clinics.
Joseph has also developed tools that are in use in audiology across the UK.
